These graded classes teach water safety and swimming skills to the under five year olds.
Classes focus on freestyle and backstroke activities which preschoolers will enjoy.
Learning to swim is fun, provides health benefits and could save a child’s life. Sadly, drowning is the third most common form of accidental death in children, so learning to swim really is an essential life skill.
This class is designed for swimmers who may have a fear of the water and are not confident to submerge. The aim is to develop water confidence and teach basic swimming skills.
